Covid 19 In Office Process For Patients and Staff

The health and safety of our patients are our first priority. Dr. John Kehoe and our staff are open to meet the needs of our patients. We have taken multiple steps to protect our patients and staff during this pandemic. Some of these steps include the following:

Our office will accommodate a maximum of 25 patients from a 9:00 am to 3:00 pm schedule. This will allow approximately 3.5 patients an hour, which will ensure that the office is never crowded.

We have removed most of the chairs in both waiting rooms. Our patients will find an “X” marked visibly on the floor to ensure social distancing cdc regulations are adhered to in between patients.

It is mandatory for Dr. Kehoe, patients and our staff members to wear masks and gloves upon their arrival into the practice. Patients will not be permitted to touch charts after their exam for safety of staff.

Our staff will take patient’s temperature and it will be logged.

We’ve implemented a questionnaire that will be asked via scheduling and to be filled out upon check in if you tested positive or had symptoms or a fever in the last 72 hours.

Our Office will be cleaned by a Covid-19 cleaning company every Wednesday. As well as twice a day with our cleaning crew.

Your help with the above will assist in reducing the spread of the virus.

Should you have further questions or concerns, please reach out to our office. Stay Safe and Be Well.
